Do you provide hosting services?
Yes! We do! During our initial development phase we build your website on our temporary website URL’s. After our initial development is complete you have the option to host with Cloudhype Digital where your site is fully cared for by our team (core website updates, security updates, website optimization, etc). Depending on the scale of your website, we offer website care packages on a rolling monthly subscription until cancelled.
How many revisions do I get?
We want you to be completely satisfied with our services and strive to make you happy. Our base package starts at 3 revisions. You’re more than welcome to take as long as you need to fulfill these revision requests.
Do I get free updates?
Website security is crucial to any business and updates are required to ensure your website is maintained. All our packages come with 6 months of complimentary software updates and technical support and resolution. It’s important to know that software updates are different from the premium content updates. If you have content you’d want to post on your website, we’re happy to post it on your behalf.
Do I own my website after Cloudhype Digital is done with it?
At the end of our project together you and your company are the proud owners of a new website. We provide you with training on how to use the site as part of our package and we give you a copy of all the website files and databases for your records.
Is there a money back guarantee?
We are confident you will enjoy working with us. If you are ever unsatisfied with our work during our time together we will do everything in our power to make things right.
Can I pick and choose what can be added on?
At Cloudhype Digital we want you to be successful and we have catered packages of what we believe is best for your website based on our experiences analyzing and monitoring similar websites to yours. You are welcome to install custom software to be integrated with your site, however, additional fees may apply.
Is my website backed up?
At the end of our development phase you will receive full ownership of the website. For backup schedules and frequencies we encourage you to contact your hosting provider to see if they offer backup services for your website.
